Crimson beats White, 14-10, in annual A-day Game

Before a record crowd of 92,310, the Crimson team defeated the White 14-10 in the annual A-Day Game at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday. This was a little taste of the unstoppable running game and lock down defense Bama will bring to the table next year. Junior running back Trent Richardson showed that he will not be denied by any means with 167 total yards and one 20-yard receiving touchdown. Senior safety Mark Barron also shined with a 96-yard fumble return for a touchdown. We also got to see the dyanamic quarter back battle between AJ McCarron and Phillip Sims, still undetermined who will start.  Head coach Nick Saban said, “I think if we can be the best team we can be, we can have a really good football team.”
